ATTORNEY TERRENCE M. POLICH is a shareholder in the law firm of Clifford & Raihala, S.C., where his trial practice includes a wide range of cases. He specializes in motor vehicle collisions, consumer warranty cases (Lemon Law), pharmacy errors, nursing home negligence and medical malpractice claims.
Mr. Polich is one of the foremost specialists in Wisconsin litigating Lemon Law and Magnuson-Moss cases.
Mr. Polich is an active member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice where he serves on the Membership Services Committee and the National Association for Justice. He has been a presenter at the Wisconsin Association for Justice, teaching other lawyers about the finer points of Wisconsin's Lemon Law and the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Attorney Polich also specializes in election and campaign finance law as well as representing businesses. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
Mr. Polich grew up in Stoughton, Wisconsin, and graduated Cum Laude from Carroll College, with degrees in history and political science. After working as a legislative aide at the State Capitol in Madison for a number of years, Terry entered the UW-Madison Law School and obtained his law degree in 1998.
In his spare time, Terry is an avid runner and outdoorsman.
