ATTORNEY TERRENCE M. POLICH is a shareholder in the law firm of Clifford & Raihala, S.C., where his trial practice includes a wide range of cases. He specializes in motor vehicle collisions and personal injury, consumer warranty cases (Lemon Law), pharmacy errors, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice claims, family law, and workers' compensation. Mr. Polich is one of the foremost specialists in Wisconsin litigating Lemon Law and Magnuson-Moss cases. He also represents businesses concerning a variety of matters, including collections and litigation.
Mr. Polich is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice where he serves on the Board of Directors and Membership Services Committee. He is also a member of the National Association for Justice. He has been a presenter at the Wisconsin Association for Justice, teaching other lawyers about the finer points of Wisconsin's Lemon Law, the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act., and other legal issues including personal injury and family law.
Attorney Polich is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
Mr. Polich grew up in Stoughton, Wisconsin, and graduated Cum Laude from Carroll College, with degrees in history and political science. After working as a legislative aide at the State Capitol in Madison for a number of years, Terry entered the UW-Madison Law School and obtained his law degree in 1998.
In his spare time, Terry is an avid runner and outdoorsman.
